Description
HANK MOBLEY: All Stars, US 1958 Blue Note MONO first pressing, 'frame cover', deep grooves, 47 West 63rd Street addresses. RVG etchings, 'ear' marks. PLEASE MAKE SURE to READ all this: Cover has had some spots 'coloured up'/restored- ALL four corners are slightly affected, though the cover appears very nice despite these 'repairs'. Study the pictures carefully; there is also a spot in upper right cover on back cover with some writing. I HAVE GRADED the cover VG+ in spite of these things, as it really appears great. No spine splits (all solid) or other major problems. Disc is graded visually a superb EX(-), with only a couple of light marks, sound is just SUPERB throughout. A few light tics in one or two spots is all it amounts to. There is NO distortion, and the general sound is magnificient. In short a superb player and looker. Needle runs really quietly through even the quietest passages - you will not be dissapointed by the sound quality!
GRADINGS
I have ten years of experience of selling vintage vinyl. I aim at selling top quality LPs only. Gradings are on the M/ EX/VG+/VG scale. I will rarely I sell LPs less than VG+, unless of considerable rarity.
MINT- is superb, almost like new. No marks, scratches, clicks, noise, or anything else.
EX is also VERY nice, 2-3 light marks perhaps, no disturbing noise, great sound quality.
VG+, a nice player, but probably has some visual impairments, and some clicks or light noise in places; always see the individual description.
VG: Rarely put of for sale, an ok copy, but always see the individual description.
PLAYGRADING
There's no guessing about condition from visual look. The visual look of a record is very important, but it only tells part of the truth. Therefore I playgrade and carefully check all my offered LPs.
SHIPPING
I ship in strong, brand new cruciform shipping boxes with padding inside. The boxes are slightly bigger than the normal LP-size, thereby providing good protection of corners and edges. I remove LPs from sleeves, in order to prevent seam-splits on transit. IF YOU HAVE INDIVIDUAL REQUIREMENTS regarding shipping, I will always do my best to coorporate.
The shipping qoutes are for 'regular' LPs. If an LP is extra heavy and cannot be shipped at the normal rate I have made the note 'Heavy LP, ships at the price of 2'.
