Larry Steele - Warming Up / Fools Rush In/ Put It in the Garage b/w Baby Work Out / Outskirts of Town/ Woke Up This Morning (K-Ark Discotheque 107). Very good 1965 EP on this label originally from St. Louis, Missouri, later based in Nashville, Tennessee. The Discotheque sub-label allowed for different styles and this one by Steele is such. Steele's first recordings for the label's K-ARK Discoteque label were not exactly country oriented. This one highlights his try at R&B and blue-eyed soul, blues, etc. Cuts include: Warming Up, Fools Rush In, Put It in the Garage Ben, Baby Work Out, Outskirts of Town, Woke Up This Morning. This is a scarce one. Take a listen to both sides. Record is in VG condition (tape on one label.)
