This Auction is for The Lp - Axis Bold As Love By Jimi Hendrix.
1967 Stereo Pressing on the Track Records Label - 613003.
Matrix: A1 / B1, complete with Stereo stickered sleeve and original lyric insert.
Side 1: Up from the skies, Spanish castle magic, Wait until tomorrow, Ain't no telling, Little wing, If 6 was 9.
Side 2: You got me floatin, Castles made of sand, She's so fine, One rainy wish, Little miss lover, Bols as love.
Vinyl - Ex - The record looks to have been very little played and retains a nice glossy shine, the labels are nice and clean as can be seen in the pics.
It Plays Excellent overall with only a few light hairlines visible, the most noticeable hairline goes across track 2 & 3 on side 1.
Side 1: 5 or so tiny light (barely audible) light clicks are heard leading in on track 1, also 1 x pop and 1 x click was heard, track 2 - 1 x click heard other than that it played excellent throughout.
Side 2: A couple of light ticks/clicks heard throughout the entire side and overall plays excellent throughout - the record may benefit from a professional clean due to it's age.
Sleeve - Vg+ - Provided in the Original Sleeve as pictured which has some age related wear although nothing major - some small corner wear as can be seen in the last 2 x pics although nothing major - see pics. The insert also is in vg+/ex condition - 1 x small cross in pencil written next to little wing track otherwise unmarked.
Excellent: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening of sound quality.
Please note: A mid range technics turntable was used to play test the Record - Results may vary on Inferior or Superior quality playback equipment.
