On offer here is a very rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Jimi Hendrix Experience called 'Axis:Bold As Love' and is an ORIGINAL 1967 UK 1st MONO Pressing with MEGA RARE INSERT!!!! THIS LP IS SIMPLY MASSIVELY RARE!!!! IT IS HARD ENOUGH TO FIND A MONO 1ST PRESSING OF THIS LP AT ALL - BUT THIS ONE IS EVEN RARER AS IT IS 100% COMPLETE WITH ITS ORIGINAL MEGA RARE INSERT!!!! NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS IS ONE OF THE VERY EARLIEST 1ST PRESSINGS WITH MEGA RARE FULLY 'TEXTURED' LABELS!!!! THIS IS THE 1967 1ST MONO PRESSING WITH ITS MEGA RARE 1ST PRESS 'GLOSSY' GATEFOLD INSERT, 1ST PRESS LAMINATED FLIPBACK GATEFOLD 'E.J.DAY' SLEEVE, MEGA RARE 1ST PRESS 'TEXTURED' TRACK LABELS, A/1 B/1 MATRIX ENDINGS, AND 1ST PRESSED TRACK RECORD!!!! This is the MUCH RARER MONO original Track UK 1st pressing from 1967 and is in GREAT condition - with a STUNNING 1st Press Cover, AWESOME 1st Press Insert, and a nice record!!!! The record is pressed on very THICK quality vinyl. The Cat. No is 612 003 on the 'earliest' 1st Press 'TEXTURED' Track label (see picture) and is a UK MONO 1st pressing!!!! All the tracks are pure quality Jimi Hendrix Experience at their best!!!! Any fan of The Jimi Hendrix Experience, or 60s music in general, will want to have this in their collection!!!!
The MEGA RARE earliest 1st Press 'Textured' record labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and only a few light spindle marks!!!! The vinyl on this LP isnt Mint - but it plays VERY well indeed and as the 1st Press Cover, and MEGA RARE 1st Press Insert are in such STUNNING condition - the record (while still important) is almost incidental!!!! And it is VERY important to remember that this record plays VERY WELL INDEED and still retains a STUNNING shine and lustre!!!! Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has a few long (but mostly NON sounding) hairline type marks, a few small surface marks, and only a few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!! IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE - that this record is NOT 'covered' in marks. Apart from the marks mentioned - the record is black, unmarked and ULTRA shiny!!!! THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!! It is great to find that the record plays EVEN BETTER than the visual with only a few clicks/pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, NO hiss and barely ANY crackle AT ALL!!!! Apart from the few clicks/pops this record plays VERY WELL INDEED with ZERO distortion, barely ANY crackle AT ALL and NO groovewear!!!! The record must STRICTLY visually grade Good++++ (PROPERLY graded, NOT trashed) if not better - with the playing grade better still!!!! THIS RECORD PLAYS VERY WELL INDEED!!!! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record also comes in its ORIGINAL inner sleeve which is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!
The ALL IMPORTANT Mega Rare INSERT (see picture) is in STUNNING condition!!!! It is VERY clear that this insert has NEVER been removed from the cover!!!! This is ORIGINAL insert with a glossy look and is in STUNNING condition with NO splits, NO rips, NO creases, NO edge wear, NO rubbing, NO pin holes, NO folds, NO tape marks (this insert has clearly NEVER been put up on a wall), NO staining, NO writing and only some typical VERY slight 'ruffling'!!!! This is the GENIUNE insert with a thick glossy look. THIS INSERT IS IN STUNNING CONDITION AND EXTREMELY RARE LIKE THIS!!!!
The E.J.Day 1st Press Gatefold FLIPBACK Cover is in STUNNING condition!!!! It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, only slight corner wear (NOT through the colour), only a few light creases (cover is still flat looking), and NO writing!!!! The opening edges are perfectly straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the unlaminated inside is in STUNNING condition with NO wear, NO Grubbyness, NO writing, NO yellowing and only a few creases to the flipbacks. The cover must grade Excellent(Minus)!!!! THIS IS A SIMPLY A MASSIVELY RARE LP AND VERY VERY HARD TO FIND WITH ITS MEGA RARE INSERT!!!! THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE - SO DONT MISS OUT!!!!
