Every Tuesday between 7:00 pm and 8:00 pm (European Time) I will offer old Punk records. My name is ‘punky_music’

 

This near mint pressing from 1978 was only released for the UK market. It is probably the hardest to find 7” release by famous punk son JOHNNY THUNDERS. The A-sider ‘You Can’t Put Your Arms Round A Memory’ was played with the help of Peter Perrett from the ONLY ONES. You are bidding on the original first pressing, issued on ‘Real’ records in 1978 (catalogue number ARE 3). eBay prices: £19 + £21 + $45 (US). As you know, also the STRANGEWAYS and the MOONDOGS kicked out their records on this label. The equally great song on the flip named ‘Hurtin’. Both tracks were produced with the help of Steve Lillywhite who also produced records from bands like ULTRAVOX (Rockwrok + Young Savage), JOHNNY THUNDERS (Dead Or Alive + So Alone), U2 (Sunday Bloody Sunday + New Years Day), XTC, SIOUXSIE & THE BANSHEES and so on. Extremely good record !!

Ebenso werden alle Platten entsprechend stabil in speziellen Schallplatten-Versandkartons mit zwei dicken Pappkartons verpackt (all records will be shipped in special record mailers, two cardboard paddings (the best) will be used to avoid bending).
