Scarce 33 rpm 10" LP microgroove record: JOSEPHINE BAKER - CHANSONS AMERICAINES (American Songs) - Columbia FL 9533; 8 tracks; I think this was released in 1951. Tracks include: C'est Si Facile De Vous Aimer (Easy To Love) (Cole Porter), Vous Faites Partie De Moi (I've Got You Under My Skin) (Cole Porter), Bonsoir My Love (Goodnight My Love), J'Attends Votre Retour (There's A Lull In My Life), Comme Une Banque (I'm Feelin' LIke A Million), J'ai Peur De Rever (Afraid To Dream), C'est Un Nid Charmant (There's A Small Hotel), Toc-Toc Partout (Knock Knock).
Condition is VG++/VG+ (still has gloss with some light surface scuffs and a few very soft hairlines, sound quality is VG+ to EX; labels have some soft spindle marks but otherwise clean; the jacket has split along top and bottom edges and has some rubbing to right edge and corners and some minor cover rubbing).
