Apple Records, in association with Tetragrammaton Records T-5001 May 1968 Made in Merrie England 
Condition; Outer cover - Good condition - slight markings Inner brown sleeve - ripped down both sides most of the way Vinyl - looks perfect but i've never played it 
I am not a professional seller but have described the item as best as I could and I have 100% feedback.
