Has Meyer price tag on rear and some wear to sleeve, as expected. Disc is lovely and shiney with only some light scuffs/marks to be seen under direct lamplight.
Probably his rarest EP. I have never seen one sold before anywhere, for example. No mention of it ever being sold, on the web.
Graded: cover/disc = VG+/VG+.
