LED ZEPPELIN I TURQUOISE LETTERING GREY LINE. A1/B1. ATLANTIC. SUPERHYPE.EX/VG+ Condition is "Used". Dispatched by Courier. Tracked and Insured.

On the Atlantic orange and plum label 588171. Matrix etchings A1/B1. THE SECOND 8 HAS BEEN SCRATCHED OVER.
Rare 1969 UK 9 track First Issue Stereo vinyl LP.
The fully laminated album sleeve front cover has turquoise lettering and a solid grey line at the bottom edge. It is in very good+ condition. The laminate is just slightly beginning to separate from the card at the spine edges. The laminate is also starting to craze a little. I have tried to show this in my photographs. None of this detracts from the display quality of the cover. The print is still bright and fresh.
The back cover has the Atlantic Records slogan “UPTIGHT AN’ OUTASIGHT” (missing from later runs). The actual photograph is a more brown shade than subsequent more orange versions.
The spine is the thin pinched ends First Pressing variant. It has Led Zeppelin and Atlantic 588171 clearly printed.
The vinyl is in excellent condition. Super shiny with little visible sign of it having been played. I have not attempted to clean it, as there is so much conflicting advice online. I am worried I will irreparably damage the surface. The matrix marks are 588171 A//1 & B//1. AS STATED BEFORE THE 2ND 8 HAS BEEN SCRATCHED OUT.
The labels are Atlantic orange and plum. They have the Superhype Music and Jewel Music credits. Side A has been corrected to read 1,2,4 NOT 1,3,4. The labels themselves are very clean,undamaged and clearly legible. There is very little spindle wear.
The inner sleeve is original. It is printed in blue with the warning PAPER BAGS CAN BE DANGEROUS. British Patent No. 800513 & 973939. MADE IN ENGLAND 20/059. It has a few creases to one corner. It has become brown with age. Unfortunately, when I first removed the vinyl the plastic liner came away. I have retained this and it will be despatched with the album.
I am selling my family’s entire record collection. Mostly 60s/70s/80s first pressings classic UK Rock, with a sprinkling of classic American artists.
This collection is in very good/excellent condition. Many of the albums have been listened to only once or twice, as can be seen by lack of spindle wear.
Very early adapter to CDs, so these albums have been carefully stored for over 30 years. They have been kept dry and cool.

All albums will be despatched with tracking. Packaging will be specialist cruciform boxes to protect the records during transit.
