Cover is laminated - RAREST Warner Bros credits. A#1 and B#1 with CROSSED OUT / CORRECTED matrix on both sides (only EARLIEST 1ST press).

This original turquoise cover together with the earliest pressing is arguably the rarest Led Zeppelin album to find!! Very few covers were released in turquios and this being their 1st is mega mega rare and extreemely collectable!!!!

The Vinyl

This is the original thick and heavy type of vinyl which has deeper grooves!

On initial inspection THIS LOOK EXCELLENT. In strong light I can see very (very) few surface marks in fact only a handful if that scuffs/scratches. In fact these are very fine indeed any other marks that could possibly be seen would be sleeve removal marks only. In my opinion this doesn't look like it has been played that much and certainly not over played I grade this vinyl EXCELLENT.

The Audio

Sometimes you find a special special vinyl with a unique and very rich full frequency sound! In my opinion this is definately the one!

Any critism that I can make is that I heard some very inobtrusive static ticks during the track of 'Babe I'm Gonna Leave You' but these are not loud clicks and would not probably be noticable at low volume.

Points to note! I have carefully played this three times before listing at very loud volume on a top system!!! Even between tracks and importantly during quiet tracks I heard NO background noise or annoying crackle what so ever.

BELEIVE ME THIS IS SO RARE ON A 38 YEAR OLD LED ZEPPELIN VINYL! 

The labels

These are the original Plum/red Atlantic labels with the Warner Bros publishing credits which some say is even rarer than the Superhype one.  ''MADE IN GREAT BRITAIN'' (UK press only). No spindle wear, no writing, just absolutely beutiful!

The Record Sleeve

This is the original poly lined plain white record sleeve with no splits or tares. Very light creases (see photos in gallery) A superbe example!! Please note the vinyl is stored seperately from the vinyl! This is the way that I always store my records!!!!

The Cover

This is the original fully laminated cover with the rarest ever to find TURQUOISE lettering - check out the pictures!

Printed by MacNeill Press London 1969.  Please note! There is general ware with age, in the form of quite a few general creasings to the laminate on both front and rear and very light laminate lift at the front spine. No writing, splits or tears whatever. I´m a pedant myself and grade according to Record Collectors grading scale. Cover is VG++++++++ maybe even EX-.
