Condition: VG/VG
Led Zeppelin- this is their self-titled debut, released in 1969. This is a pressing from the Indianapolis plant, which used the purple/brown ATCO labels. This is known for having a different mix on Side One than the other pressing plants' final product. Side Two has differences as well, notably in a long pause between "Black Mountain Side" and "Communication Breakdown", where the standard issue had no silence at all. And there is an unusually long silence between "Communication Breakdown" and "I Can't Quit You Baby", much longer than was on the standard issue. The record itself is VG due to both sides have multiple light scratches and scuffs. These cause a quiet crackle throughout both sides, but the music still shines through strong. The labels also show sings of spindle wear. The sleeve is VG, with discoloration and stains on the front and shelf wear on the back. The lower portion of the spine is chipped as shown and there is the beginning of a seam split on the bottom center seam. The split is approximately 2 inches in length. The seams are still sturdy outside of this split forming. This is a very solid player copy. Please contact me with any questions, thank you!
