Description

An original 1971 pressing on UK Red & Plum.. The heavy-set vinyl comes housed in an original E J Day gatefold cover. We also have the original inner too . So, 100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex) In superb condition and has only seen  light use. Great lustre . Under close inspection there are a couple of slight marks per side - nothing heavy ay all. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an, at least, EXCELLENT level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are lovely and quiet and the audio comes across with excellent clarity. Bone crushing guitars that seem to be particularly well rendered on these early Red & plum copies. This example really is top level and has only seen light use. You're going to witness the full gamut of what a red and plum can do. Super dynamics and a low noise floor. Great for hearing those vocal echoes low in the mix. Overall an excellent rendition for you to re-live Zep II circa it's release date. Would be difficult just finding a copy that could match this one.
Cover (Vg) slight compromise on the cover. Its not so bad...but a bit of creasing top left on rear. . The interior looks very smart.. Some edge wear but firm openings. Also wear at foot of rear...and some ageing in white sector. Spine is 75% intact. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity.
Inner  (Vg+) Light Aged. No splits.
