Description

My eBay name is 'punky_music' and I'm a full-time record dealer since nearly 30 years


Very clean pressing in near mint condition, released in 1977. Old eBay prices for this pressing with solid centre labels: $100 + $90 + $82 + £70 + €72. Without a doubt, the first 7” release by the POLICE is a must-have for all punk lovers. Only originals were released in black & white sleeves and with red label etiquettes. Later pressings from 1979 used similar artwork but were born in several different color sleeves (orange, green, purple). Pressed on Miles Copeland’s own label ‘Illegal’ records. It is also the first label release (catalogue number IL 001). Now 43 years old and still in wonderful condition.

Mailing / Versand: all records will be sent in plain white 7“ sleeves outside of the picture sleeves to avoid any seam splits (alle Platten werden in einer neutralen weißen 7“ Hülle außerhalb des Plattencovers verschickt, um Beschädigungen am Originalcover zu vermeiden). All records will be shipped in special record mailers. Two cardboard paddings (the best) will be used to avoid bending. Ebenso werden alle Platten entsprechend stabil in speziellen Schallplatten-Versandkartons mit zwei dicken Pappkartons verpackt.


Payment / Bezahlung: via PayPal. All orders outside Germany which exceed a value of €12 or £11 or $13 will only be sent by registered mail.
