On offer here is a VERY rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Pretty Things called "S.F.Sorrow" and is an ORIGINAL 1968 UK 1st Pressing on the 1st Press Blue/Black Columbia label!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!!  THIS IS EASILY THE PRETTY THINGS RAREST & MOST SOUGHT AFTER LP EVER - AND VIRTUALLY NEVER TURNS UP FOR SALE!!!!  JUST TRY AND FIND ANOTHER ONE!!!!  BACK IN 1968 WHEN THIS LP WAS FIRST RELEASED - IT ONLY EVER SOLD IN ABSOLUTELY TINY AMOUNTS, AND WAS ALMOST IMMEDIATELY DELETED!!!!  AS A RESULT IT IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND INCREDIBLY HARD TO LOCATE TODAY!!!!  THIS LP IS MADE EVEN RARER STILL - AS IT IS 1ST PRESSED IN MEGA RARE STEREO - WITH A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT STEREO MIX!!!!  AND DESPITE MANY PEOPLE 'RAVING' ABOUT THE MONO 1ST PRESSING OF THIS LP, THIS IS DEFINITELY ONE LATE 1960s LP WHERE THE STEREO 1ST PRESS MIX IS INFINITELY BETTER THAN THE MONO VERSION!!!!  HAVING SPOKEN TO A BAND MEMBER MYSELF - I ALSO KNOW THE MAIN INPUT WAS PUT INTO THE STEREO MIX OF THIS LP (WHICH IS WHY IT SOUNDS SO MUCH BETTER THAN THE MONO VERSION!) WHEREAS THE MONO WAS SIMPLY CONTRACTED OUT FOR PRESSING (WHICH IS WHY MONOs HAVE 'TEXTURED' LABELS!) AND ONLY THE STEREO 1ST PRESSINGS WERE EVER 1ST PRESSED BY EMI/COLUMBIA THEMSELVES DIRECTLY FROM THE MASTERS!!!!  THE STEREO 1ST PRESS MIX ON THIS LP IS SIMPLY AMAZING AND BLOWS YOU AWAY COMPARED TO THE DULLER SOUNDING MONO VERSION (ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU SLIP ON SOME HIGH QUALITY HEADPHONES AND FLICK ON 'SURROUND SOUND' (OR SIMILAR!))!!!!  AND I AM VERY CERTAIN - ANYONE WHO LISTENS TO THE STEREO 1ST PRESS MIX OF THIS LP, WILL NEVER WANT TO PICK UP A MONO VERSION EVER AGAIN!!!!  NOT ONLY THAT - BUT BARELY ANY 1ST PRESSINGS OF THIS LP WERE EVER MADE IN MEGA RARE STEREO - WITH VIRTUALLY ALL OF THEM MADE IN COMMON MONO!!!!  SO THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO DOUBT AT ALL - THAT THIS IS THE RAREST & MOST SOUGHT AFTER 1ST PRESSING OF THIS LP EVER MADE!!!!

NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP IS IN BRILLIANT CONDITION AND HAS BARELY BEEN PLAYED AT ALL!!!!  JUST TAKE A LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!!!  THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1968 UK STEREO 1ST PRESSING ON 1ST PRESS BLUE/BLACK COLUMBIA LABEL, 1ST PRESS 1/1 STEREO MATRIX ENDINGS, 1ST PRESS 'PATENTS APPLIED FOR' ADVERTISING INNER SLEEVE, AND 1ST PRESS 'E.J.DAY' FLIPBACK LAMINATED GATEFOLD STEREO COVER!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE TO LOCATE - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!!!!  This is the ORIGINAL Columbia UK 1st Pressing from 1968 and is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl.  The Cat. No is SCX 6306 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press Blue/Black Columbia label (see picture) and is a much MUCH rarer UK STEREO 1st Pressing!!!!

The record labels are in SUPERB condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and barely ANY spindle marks AT ALL!!!!  IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THIS RECORD HAS BARELY BEEN PLAYED AT ALL!!!!  The vinyl is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, only 2 or 3 MEGA light hairlines, NO scufflines, only 3 or 4 VERY small scuff marks on a VERY small part of one side ONLY, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!!  THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK AND SHINES LIKE NEW!!!!  It is also great to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual with NO nasty loud pops, only 3 ot 4 clicks at the VERY beginning of 'Old Man Going', NO sticking, NO jumps, barely ANY crackle AT ALL, and only some VERY slight background sound on the run on grooves & gaps - NOT in the music AT ALL!!!!  The sound quality is simply SUPERB with NO distortion and NO groovewear either!!!!  The record must grade Very Good+ if not better!!!!  Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!!  I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!!  The record comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press 'Patents Applied For' Advertising inner sleeve which is in SUPERB condition!!!!  The 1st Press 'E.J.Day' Flipback Laminated Gatefold STEREO Cover is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, only VERY slight corner wear (NOT through the colour!), only a few VERY light creases (cover is VERY flat looking!), VERY shiny laminate, and NO writing!!!!  The opening edges are beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!!  Even the unlaminated inside of the cover is in SUPERB condition with NO grubbyness, NO yellowing, STUNNING flipbacks, and NO writing (apart from a VERY small inscription in the bottom right inside corner - see pictures)!!!!  The cover must grade Very Good++++ if not better!!!!  BRILLIANT COVER!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE TO LOCATE - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS INCREDIBLE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
