THIS IS THE ORIGINAL FIRST PRESSING FROM 1978 of "Bones Blues" by Pete Magadini on Sackville Records. Featuring Don Menza, Wray Downes and Dave Young.

*Because our clients are mostly jazz collectors and connoisseurs, as we are, we made it our policy to only sell vinyl that we grade in VERY GOOD PLUS (VG+) condition or better. This vinyl is in our opinion a VG+, looks and plays great.
Record Grade VG+ = Beautiful vinyl condition. Very well maintained. The vinyl is in fantastic condition. Just listened to both sides of the whole album and it plays smooth, such a great record. Minor surface scratches that do not effect the music. Amazing condition and quality. Shiny vinyl. Difficult to find this rare vintage record in such great condition. (see pictures)
Jacket Grade VG+ = We grade the jacket a Very Good Plus. No writing. Sackville issued stamp on the front August 6 1978. Top right corner cut which was common on promotional and dj issued early releases. Normal corner use wear. A great jacket for a 39 year old album. (see pictures)

"Peter Charles 'Pete' Magadini (January 25, 1942) is an American drummer,|Jazz drummer, percussionist, educator and author of books on drumming and drum technique. He is known for his body of work (instructional books and videos) concerning the comprehension and execution of musical polyrhythms, especially the book The Musicians Guide to Polyrhythms. Magadini has recorded and performed with Diana Ross, Bobbie Gentry, George Duke, Al Jarreau, Don Menza, John Handy and Mose Allison.
