EXTREMELY RARE. US picture disc. Possibly a copy of 'Brain Damage' (Sigma 6), also known as 'Pink Floyd Live Vol.2' recorded live at Empire Pool Wembley, London, on November 16, 1974. 

Comes with the same motif in both the sides: 
The cover comes as a plastic clear wrap.
