Description
This is a collector's edition of Prince's "Purple Rain" album on limited edition purple vinyl. Released in 1984 by Warner Bros., this first pressing LP includes a poster, OBI strip, lyrics, and merchandise sheet. The 12" record features neo-psychedelia, contemporary R&B, pop, rock, and contemporary Christian music styles, with studio recordings in stereo. The vinyl is housed in a cardboard sleeve with an original inner sleeve and cover, all in excellent condition. This rare edition was manufactured in the United Kingdom and is a must-have for fans of Prince and 1980s music.
There are obvious signs of play, with the usual crackles from a 40 year old vinyl. I can’t find any scratches worth noting. The cover, inserts and OBI show no signs of age yellowing or stains. This clean copy is in beautiful condition!
