****************************************************************************************** Prison Worksongs Orig 1959 with booklet Louisiana Folklore Society – LFS A-5 Label: Louisiana Folklore Society – LFS A-5 Format: Vinyl, LP Country: US Released: 1959 Genre: Blues Style: Delta Blues
Original USA 1959 pressing. Includes multi page booklet on white paper held together with a staple. Discoloration around the staple and a crease mark on page one. No tears or missing pages.
Condition: the vinyl is visually VG++. Near mint except for surface marks across the 1st two tracks on side B during which there are a few light clicks which are 1 or 2 out of 10 for loudness, where 10 out of 10 would have been as loud as the music. Nothing significant. One of the clicks, only one, is louder though: about 4 or 5 out of 10
The cover is EX (excellent) condition with some minor bottom outer edge shelf wear. Nothing significant. And just the barest hint of same on the top outer edge.
