Here is a SUPER RARE vintage Johnny Cash album from my collection offered up for auction: "JOHNNY CASH with his Hot Blue Guitar" Johnny's 1st ever album on SUN Records 1220,  this was Johnny's first album with Sun Records, signaling the start of a long and productive career! This is the FIRST PRESS featuring the heavy rigid disc MICROGROOVE Sun labels. Released by Sun Records in 1956 in glorious MONO. The vinyl rates easy VG/VG+ or VG+, clean and glossy, some light marks on both sides but nothing heavy, plays great with very good audio clarity! A bit of light surface noise but still a very enjoyable listen! The SUN labels are in EX condition, clean, no signatures. The jacket rates VG+, is clean, still has deep color, nice portrait of Johnny, does have some edge wear, small split at center bottom, the binder edge & upper opening have been neatly repaired.(not very noticeable) Includes a plastic sleeve for safe storage.
