Description

 Here are two super Waylon albums from my collection offered up for auction: First,  Waylon Jennings "FOLK COUNTRY" Waylon's 1st Lp released 1966 on RCA LSP-3523. This is a superb orange label pressing from 1969. Record rates EX, plays great! Jacket is EX ,NO splits, Small signature at top front.  Record is beautiful, glossy,clean and rates EX and plays great from start to finish with excellent sound.  PLUS Waylon Jennings, Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson & Kris Kristofferson as "The Highwaymen"   release from 1985  on Columbia records FC-40056 stereo. Record rates near Mint, Plays great from start to finish with Excellent sound quality! . The jacket rates near Mint , has nice front cover,supeb frameworthy photo inner sleeve, no splits,  No signatures. NOTE: Many folks don't realize that Waylon Jennings was Buddy Holly's bass player on the fateful "Winter Dance Tour" that took the lives of Holly, The Big Bopper and Ritchie Valens.  Fate spared Waylon who reported being personally devastated for years by the loss. Waylon's Lubbock pal Holly had recorded & produced Waylon's first single on Coral back in 1959. Holly arranged the sessions and knew Waylon was a star before anyone!
