Killing Floor "Killing Floor" original U. K. 33 1/3 rpm Long-playing (LP) phonograph record, Spark Records SRLP 102, with glossy album cover. This stereo record has dark blue labels, with silver Spark logo, and silver print text. Both labels are clean, with no writing on either side. This was the first album by Killing Floor. Killing Floor was a legendary British blues-rock band. Killing Floor featured Mick Clarke (lead guitar), Bill Thorndycraft (vocals, harmonica), Stuart MacDonald (bass), and Bas Smith (drums). "Killing Floor" was released in the United Kingdom, in 1969. The songs on the album are (Side One) "Woman You Need Love" (4:54), "Nobody By My Side" (5:03), "Come Home Baby" (4:09), "Bedtime Blues" (7:42), "Sunday Morning" (1:01), "Try To Understand" (2:40), (Side Two) "My Mind Can Ride Easy" (2:23), "Wet" (0:39), "Keep On Walking" (5:06), "Forget It!" (5:39), "Lou's Blues" (2:40), and "People Change Your Mind" (8:40). Woman You Need Love" was written by Willie Dixon. "Wet" was written by Stuart MacDonald, Bill Thorndycraft, Mick Clark, Martin, and Bas Smith. "Forget It!" and People Change Your Mind" were written by Stuart MacDonald, Bill Thorndycraft, Mick Clark, and Bas Smith (Killing Floor). All other songs were written by Stuart MacDonald, Bill Thorndycraft, and Mick Clark. The record was produced by John Edward. Engineered by Howard Barrow and Dave Hunt. Sleeve (album cover) design by Impact. This thirty-seven year old phonograph record is in near mint condition. The glossy album cover is in excellent condition. There are some light creases in the front cover of the album cover. The record comes in a white die-cut poly-lined paper sleeve. The record, sleeve, and album cover come in a clear protective sleeve.
