Description

Here is a copy of a 45rpm surf EP, featuring sample tracks from the compilation LP "The Big Surfing Sounds are on Capitol." This EP was meant to promote that album, and its catalog number is listed as Capitol Pro 2662/2663. Released in 1964.

Side 1: 

"Thunder Wave" by Dick Dale (from the Capitol T-2111 LP "Summer Surf")

"Bronze Surfer" by Jerry Cole (from the Capitol T-2112 LP "Surf Age")

Side 2:

"Surf Route 101" by the Super Stocks (from the Capitol T-2113 LP "Surf Route 101")

"Ratfink High" by Mr. Gasser & the Weirdos (from the Capitol T-2114 LP "Surfink!")

Features Hollywood's finest sessions musicians, including Jerry Cole, David Gates, Leon Russell, Earl Campbell, Steve Douglas, Glen Campbell among others. Vocals by Gary Usher, Darlene Love and Jackie "Robyn" Ward.

Record is in VG- to VG condition. The A side label is damaged, but the B side label is clean, with just some minor wear. No stickers or tears. Vinyl has some gloss, but several light scuffs.
