ROLLING STONES
1st LP
Low start!.....NO Reserve!.....NO high priced ‘Buy It Now’.
Early issue of their first album, from 1964. Raw R&B from the bad boys of rock – a great 50-year old LP!
I’m not a Rolling Stones expert so here’s the details:
* Red label ‘unboxed’ Decca LK.4605 in Mono.
* The back cover lists ''Mona'' as track A4, (correct) the back cover has ''flipbacks'': top and bottom are folded over.
* The label rim reads on top ''Made in England. The Decca Record Co. Ltd.'', the N.C.B. and B.I.E.M. captions are on the right hand side.
* Matrix Nos: Side One: XARL-6271-2A / Side Two: XARL-6272-3A
* Mick Jagger / Brian Jones / Keith Richard / Bill Wyman / Charlie Watts / Plus Gene Pitney – piano & Phil Spector – Maracas on ‘Little by Little’ / Ian Stewart – Piano on 3 tracks.
Record has light marks and plays fine. Few pops in quiet parts. Sleeve has a name written on the back, but NO splits or damage. Small creases on the front.
You could pay over a staggering £200.00 elsewhere on eBay....or get this for less!
