Description

Genuine 1st press on UK Rolling Stone Records. Matrix A3/B3. This title is infamous for it's use of some notable Hollywood celebrity faces in the artwork. Only problem - some of those good folk [or their estates] didn't approve. Monroe's image for instance is one of those who can be found on the early 1st copies - but is censored on later copies. This cover is die-cut with ALL the original celebrity images still present. There's also the original and bespoke inner sleeve. So, we're 100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex) In excellent condition and has only seen relatively light use. Under close inspection I can only make out a couple of slight marks per side, plus a couple of very superficial trails - absolutely nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly EXCELLENT level of playback with one slightest deviation. Intros and inbetweens are lovely and quiet and the audio comes across with superb clarity. Plays clean throughout. Lots of raw energy as you would expect from a near master copy. Can't fault it really. At worst a couple of crackles in a couple of isolated spots per side. One isolated tick early on side 2. Highly recommended.
Cover (Ex/Ex-) A real pain to find in decent condition - many get worn or the die-cut openings tear. But take a close look at this example. Minimal wear back and front. Those die-cut edges are all in excellent condition with no signs of wear, Lovely clean front and back without signs of ageing. Minimal edge wear - much less than you typically find. Very tidy! The spine is 95% intact with very minor wear. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity.
Inner (Ex-) No ageing. No splits. Some lowlevel indentation on one side [no biggy]
