Description

Some Girls LP 1st pressing from 1978 on the UK Promotone label. Matrix A3U-B3U. Etching 'Sterling'. The record comes housed in the now infamous UNCENSORED sleeve manufactured by Garrod & Lofthouse. All subsequent issues were modified to prevent further legal action from the Hollywood stars! This LP is the very first version before any censorship had taken place. It's 100% original and in great condition to boot.
Vinyl (Ex+) And a very comfortable Ex+ too..Both sides are shiny like new without a single visible marks. I'd imagine this LP has only seen a very minimal level of playback. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an EXCELLENT+ level of playback. Intro and inbetweens are silent and the audio come across with great clarity and not a hint of interference. Someone has clearly taken great care of this LP and the actual playback quality stands testament to this. A real beauty...
Cover (Ex) Again, has been very carefully looked after. There's only the very lightest of wear visible and nothing remotely unsightly. The cover retains excellent rigidity and the text on the spine is almost entirely intact. There are no hidden tears or other issues at all. It really is 100% original and remarkably well preserved.
Inner (Ex+) This holds particular importance for this LP as it holds the uncensored images of Monroe, Fawcett, Welch etc...those who didn't particularly approve of it! So, its the real deal and whats more it's fantastically well preserved. Nice and rigid with no splits - in fact there's no wear to speak of at all. Almost perfect!
