Description

A 1st issue of SF on Uk Rolling Stone...Early copies do not mention 'Promotone'. So this copy comes from toward the end of the chart run period. Note the record labels mention recording 1st pub which must be present at 1st issue. Comes housed in a 1st issue zip cover. Zip works. Original inner and insert.. 100% genuine and complete.
  Vinyl (Ex/Ex-) In excellent order and has only seen light use. Great lustre. Under close inspection I can only make out a couple of light marks per side....nothing heavy or troublesome.... A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly EXCELLENT level of playback with one slight deviation per side. Nothing worse than some light presence briefly in one of the quiet passages per side. Nothing upfront nothing distracting. And a couple of minor ticks in one isolated spot. Literally - a super rendition though.
Cover (Vg+) I imagine a lot of these covers are going to be looking a bit rubbish by this point in time. This example is looking rather dapper. That exterior image is iconic and exhibits precious little ageing. Surfaces are really nice with just one nick -- superb. The flaps at the belt level are all in nice condition with couple of creases.. The text on the spine is fully legible. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity. A specimen!
