SMALL FACES LP (SELF-TITLED) (Decca Records LK 4790)
Original UK mono pressing on the red unboxed Decca label from 1966. Owner has stored this album long term in a protective plastic polybag. Also, the preservation of the disc has been aided immeasurably by maintianing the record in its plastic-lined inner sleeve. This vintage cover has a rich, beautiful hue. The disc & label are in wonderful shape; the still-glossy cover looks very nice with no seam splits, front ring wear or stains. Dig that silly ear logo on the label! With Steve Marriott, Ronnie Lane, Ian MacLagan & Kenny Jones. Please excuse the small handling charge to help defray insurance. (Stamped Matrix #: "XARL-7218-3A/4A").
DISC - NEAR MINT
We give great importance to grading our items accurately. The original owner took good care of this record & stored it well. Platter surface is free of scratches, streaks, stains, skips, pits, warping or residue on the disc or dead wax. Very good surface sheen. Miniscule amount of tiny, inaudible shadow scuffs. Album has been stored upright in a climate-controlled environment.
COVER - VERY GOOD PLUS
No stains, smudges, seam splits, tape, stickers, ink spills, writing, price tags, or color fading. No front ring wear or rubbing. Spine looks very good & is fully readable. One small "crush tear" near the upper left corner which is not obtrusive. White border shows moderate aging, but no fraying or tears. Light ring wear on back cover. Small degree of corner banging. Label looks great with no marks, tears, scuffs, stickers or writing. Sharp cut hole with faint transparent "spindle brushings."
