Mercury Records stereo SR 90006 with early dark maroon label disc, pressed in the US. FR2 FR1 stampers. Early jacket has laminated front and the back is printed in color. Prokofiev, Suite from Love for Three Oranges and the Scythian Suite. Antal Dorati conducts the London Symphony Orchestra. See pics for program details.
A fabulous sounding record, one of the best that Mercury did. Listed under "Best of the Bunch" in The Absolute Sound Super Disc List.
Disc NM- because of some foxing on the disc, which has no effect on play. Play-graded all the way through, it plays beautifully. Almost no spindle wear, it appears to have been rarely played. Jacket VG++
