Description

SUB-POP 200 3 x LP box set on Sub Pop Records #SP-25. Has the rare early NIRVANA Spank Thru track plus Soundgarden, Mudhoney, Tad, Fluid, Green River, Screaming Trees and others. Nirvana's Love Buzz was catalog #SP-23 so this is the 2nd earliest Nirvana recording released for Subpop. Black vinyl is all NEAR MINT-MT; Booklet is NM. ONLY 5000 were pressed ever!

Notes: This box set was released in 1988. Needless to say, it is very hard to come by. It includes tracks by everyone who was anyone in the underground Pacific Northwest scene at the time including Nirvana, Green River (later Pearl Jam), Beat Happening, Fastbacks, Mudhoney, Soundgarden, and the Screaming Trees.
