Description

Beautiful copy of the original 1949 78 set of the soundtrack of Summer Stock, with Judy Garland and Gene Kelly. This was Garland's last movie for MGM and features her classic final performance for the studio, Get Happy, which many people regard as her finest moment. This copy is in great condition. There are some minor superficial marks and scuffs on all the discs (Get Happy less so than the others), but they do not affect the play at all. All 8 sides play just beautifully and near flawlessly. The cover has slight wear at the two right corners, plus some minor scuffs and general light shelfwear, but the spine is intact and the binding strong. Looks and sounds wonderful.
