This is a UK original Stereo LP pressing. It has a fully laminated flipback sleeve which has a blue border on the rear. There is also a printed date stamp on the bottom (E.J.D. 4/59). This means that the sleeve was printed in October 1958. It comes with its original "FFSS" Stereophonic polythene-lined company inner sleeve. 

The record has ED1 "wide band" Decca labels which are grooved also. They have the "Original Recordings By" text. It has first press ZAL-4061-1K and ZAL-4062-2K matrix numbers. This is a rare UK Stereo Classical LP. I have some other rare UK classical records for sale too.

Sleeve: There is some ringwear at the bottom of the front sleeve. It has caused a small tear on the bottom front too. There is some light to mild rubbing wear to the corner tips, & to the spine & sleeve opening in some areas. There is some light to mild ringwear too. VG condition.

Vinyl: Light to very mild sleeve rubs can be viewed under a strong light. There is one light mark too. This is quite small. VG+ condition. The labels are in great condition and show very light spindle wear only. I have fully play tested this LP. It plays VG+ overall. There is some light or mild crackle in some quieter areas. the company inner sleeve is in VG+ condition. There is some mild wear but no seam splits.

Grading adheres to “Record Collector” specifications. I shall use good quality packaging (proper vinyl mailers & two card dividers).


Postage for 1 LP in the UK is £4.50. You can add one extra LP for free (up to the weight of 1kg).

Postage for 1 LP in Europe is £6.65 to £7.85 (depending on weight). Add £1.25 for each additional LP up to 2kg.

Postage for 1 LP for the rest of the world is £8.75 to £11.50 (depending on weight). Add £2 for each additional LP up to 2kg.

 

Insurance is necessary if this item exceeds £20. Overseas buyers will add £5.50 extra (plus an additional £2.50 if the item value exceeds £70).
