Extremely rare lp by progressive UK trio (Keith Cross-guitars-keyboard, Peter Dunton-drums-lead vocals, Bernard Jinks-bass) from 1970. (post Gun and Bulldog Breed)

Long tracks, elaborate constructions, guitar-keyboards,drums, bass line-up

Guitar player Keith Cross was likened to Eric Clapton and was a child prodigy on the guitar; the band had a loyal following and a very strong live reputation with several festival appearances and a Marquee residence to prove it.

T2 - It'll All Work Out In Boomland. Exellent Original copy on LONDON / CANADA ! Amazing Psych Prog Crossover LP. Nothing Touches This except maybe the Blossom Toes second LP. Incredible record. Apparently the CANADIAN version of this lp is rarer then the UK.

T2 were a British progressive rock band, best known for their 1970 album It' All Work Out In Boomland. It is regarded as an excellent album by the progressive rock community.

T2 evolved from an earlier band called Neon Pearl which had been led by drummer Pete Dunton. Dunton was by 1968 a member of Please which also included fellow Neon Pearl member Bernard Jinks. When that band broke up in 1969, due to Dunton's joining Gun alongside Adrian Gurvitz, Jinks became a member of Bulldog Breed.

T2 then formed when Dunton reunited with bassist Jinks and late period Bulldog Breed guitarist Keith Cross. The trio played a form of pyschedelic or proto-prog rock which was similar in content to that played by the earlier bands its members had been in but placed far greater emphasis on the incendiary guitar playing of the teenage Keith Cross giving them some similarity in sound to power trios such as Cream.

Cutting their since neglected and engigmatically titled It'll All Work Out In Boomland the trio played a series of successful dates and returned to the studio to begin work on their follow up. In 1972, while recording material for their second album, T2 disbanded due to internal conflict. The breakup caused the unfinished album to be shelved until the early 90s when redistribution of "It'll All Work Out In Boomland" sparked a brief T2 reunion, although without their guitar prodigy, Keith Cross.

The band now consisting of Dunton, Jinks and Moore, T2 released "Second Bite" (1992), "Waiting For The Band" (1993) and "On The Frontline" (1994). By the time "Waiting For The Band" was released, Jinks had left the group and Moore had shifted to bass to accommodate their new guitarist Ray Lee. The reformation of T2 did provide the chance for the band to complete the unfinished tracks from their original follow up to "It'll All Work Out In Boomland." Released in 1997 and titled "Fantasy" (it's also known simply as "T2"), this album is a companion to "It'll All Work Out In Boomland", and is notable as most of the songs were written by the original line-up.

Records are graded visually.

LP condition GRADING system:

M (MINT) : Sealed, never opened or played, new in original package.

NM (NEAR MINT) : Near perfect copy, played only a few times. At worst it may have one or two insignificant flaws. This is the highest grade I give for a non-sealed (used) record.

EX (EXCELLENT) : Clean copy, slight surface marks/hairlines, cover has minor defaults.

VG++ (VERY GOOD++) : More surface marks, minor flaws, or cover wear, minor edge wear (cover). Nothing serious but is not graded EX because of few minor defaults

VG+ (VERY GOOD +) : Played a lot, will show signs of handling, has marks, possibly few light scratches but no jumps or sticks. Cover wear (light ring wear, heavier corner or edge wear on cover)

VG (VERY GOOD) : Used record, played a lot, has marks, few scratches, some crackling while playing and but no jumps or sticks. Still quite listenable. Cover may have heavy corner, edge wear or split seams

G (GOOD) : Played a lot and more (but still playable), lot of scratches, crackles a lot while playing, may have jump or sticks and cover is damaged...so not so good ! This record must be very rare to be proposed in this state !!!
