EP - THE PRETTY THINGS - "RAININ' IN MY HEART EP" (FONTANA TE. 17442, British original 1965 EP)
Super rare original British 1965 FREAKBEAT / R'N'B / MOD 45 rpm EP in picture sleeve. On original label, in front laminated cover. Very rare item, hardly ever seen or offered for sale any more.
Grading: DISC: Very clean, with virtually full gloss. No blemishes, a beautiful copy and of course a brilliant player, which has been exceptionally well cared for. EX++ to near mint
Sleeve: A corner cut, else in quite lovely condition with no creases and no discolouration on the back, small writing on sleeve, without the corner cut this would be an ex to ex+ cover….
Note: This Ep was only ever owned by one person. He bought it when it came out and has cared for it lovingly. It has, to my knowledge only been played a few times and not at all since the late 60's. The cover, as you can see, has a corner missing. This is a shame as without this the item would be in beautiful almost perfect condition. The cover is ok like this I feel, but you must make up your own mind of course. The disc is in truly brilliant condition, and a better one would be hard to find-this item is quite rare and isn't offered for auction often.
