The Vinyl is in Excellent Condition & looks only lightly played
The Signed Sleeve is in Very Good + Condition with some light shelf wear to the edges & corners.
This item is part of a private collection from a gentleman who worked as a Merch Man and backstage support, at various venues over the last 20 years. During that period he was able to acquire a number of signed records.
