Roberta Leigh – The Adventures of Twizzle (Songs By Roberta Leigh) Label: His Master's Voice – 7EG 8339 Format:Vinyl, 7", EP 1958 Two 45 rpm records were released to promote the TV serial The Adventures of Twizzle, and they are both super rare. (Try finding another one for sale anywhere else in the world if you doubt this!) This one has 5 songs. Only the first TV episode is known to have survived, with the other 51 episodes believed lost, making this record even more special. This listing is only for the record and cover shown in the photos.
The record looks in good condition at first glance, but if you get strong light on it at an oblique angle you can see many fine scratches. These will certainly create some hiss and probably other 'pops' etc. I haven't played the record but I'm sure it will play fine. Returns accepted for UK buyers (at my expense) if I'm wrong, so you can buy with confidence.
