Description
This is 'Life of Stanley' by The Arthur Park, a limited edition (60 produced), single sided 7" on Fruits de Mer, Friends of the Fish 43, released December 2020.
This is a charity auction and all proceeds will be going to VASL (Voluntary Action South Leicestershire), a local charity based in Market Harborough, providing services and projects to improve the lives of people in the local community. It's also part of the Phoenix Saxophone Orchestra's virtual Christmas charity single fundraiser, a rousing downloadable version of the atmospheric Christmas tune 'Gaudete!', which is also helping to raise much needed funds for the organisation.
This is a brand new, unplayed copy, which comes with the included Ronnie Lane postcard. It's a brilliant record (which of course I'm going to say!) and it features audio clips of an interview I did with Stanley Unwin about 20 years ago or so.
The auction finishes on Christmas Eve and it'll be sent securely packed and insured by Royal Mail in the UK - so you might get it before New Year, with a bit of luck. International couriers might take a bit longer, so check the shipping to your country.
