If you are looking for a disc in mint condition, then you will always be disappointed. These early 'singles' were bought to be played and not stored in a time capsule.
E.M.I. did not issue any demonstration discs for this U.K. single and so, some advance copies were sent out with an 'A' side indicator stamp primarily for radio stations, D.J.'s.
As you can see, there is also a factory sample sticker on the B side.
This disc is, of course, just a standard commercial issue but with, or without the factory stickers, it is in EXCEPTIONAL condition and could easily be considered for a final upgrade.
Viewed against reflected daylight, both vinyl surfaces appear immaculate and have NO needle lines. Even under a halogen lamp, all that appears are wispy handling lines, unavoidable on any used vinyl. The labels are in superb condition with vibrant silver text, and the spindle trails are fairly light, suggesting careful handling.
If you see any chevrons in the photos, they are from my camera and are not on the vinyl.
You can tell, just by its appearance, that the sound from this disc will not disappoint. The run-ins are near silent and there is absolutely no crackle, and no appreciable interference to the audio performance. Both sides sound fantastic!
Please don't miss this opportunity to own an original first issue, which would be very hard to upgrade in the future.
The sleeve is the correct, company issue, in great condition.

The photos are of the actual item. I always use professional, anti-static, cleaning fluid and listen to the whole disc. Professional mailers are always used.
