Early numbering - No.0188758 - likely to be a first day sleeve, as the album sold over 200,000 in it's first week of release!
CONDITION VINYL:
Excellent, near perfect. A few mild spindle marks. 1 scratch @ 4.00 on disk 1 side 2 and 1 scratch @ 4.00 disk 2 side 2, neither affects sound - I've taken a picture of both these, but otherwise in SUPERB quality - still has original sheen!!
CONDITION SLEEVE:
TOP OPENER!!
Good, some light discolouration to the front and back cover but in reasonable condition generally. For full details please see pictures below. Complete with original BLACK inner
sleeves.

INNER CONTENTS :
Complete, with 4 photos in excellent condition (apart from a smudge over all 4 top left corner)
Lyric sheet / fold out photo in reasonable condition (a tear down one of the folds though)

The disc has never been treated, cleaned or wiped in any way and has not been handled or played (until I tested it) for many years. It has been well stored in the years since its purchase. The photos below show a lot of dust - I have not touched the vinyl itself, so as not to damage it - but the dust is all surface dust.
I have included as many photos as possible to give you the best possible idea of it's condition and full details - they say a picture tells a thousand words! I realise how important these details are, so I have tried to include as much information and be as honest as possible on the condition etc.
