This outstanding 1969 UK STEREO pressing utilizes the same stampers as the 1967 1st pressing.

Both side of the disc bear '1-EMI box' Parlophone labels: PCS 7027


Matrix numbers: YEX 637-1 & YEX 638-1

Stamper codes: 3/GPG & 4/GPP

Vinyl weight: 150g


Housed in a rare fully laminated, tri-flipback 'Garrod & Lofthouse' printed gatefold stereo cover.

Complete with unused cut-out sheet original white 'Patent No. 1,125,555' inner-sleeve.

 A superb unworn set bearing just two or three light small spindle trails around each unworn centre hole.

Visual/Audio: NEAR MINT

Immaculate deep-gloss playing surfaces which apart from a couple of wispy paper marks are 'as new' - even directly beneath halogen light.
Pristine unworn sound quality throughout with no clicks, pops or other such distractions.

Cover: EXCELLENT

A fine example which retains a sparkling high-gloss front & rear panels with minor storagewear only.
All corners are in nice shape with just some light shelfwear bruising to the right ones.
The inside of the gatefold is bright & glossy with a little missing paper to the left flipover only.
All seams are unstressed & the spine is fully laminated and worded.
