This record is extremely rare and hard to find in any condition.  The record is REAL. The record sleeve is a fantasy sleeve.  (If you could find an original, it would be worth in excess of $12000.00.)  (Again the actual record is an original 1964 first pressing but the sleeve is a FANTASY Sleeve).
The record is glossy and in Ex++ condition.
All vintage Beatles records and memorabilia are constantly rising in value.
