We ship all items the next business day by default, however it may take longer for oversized items or if our shipping department gets backed up. We ship all items by FedEx only using eBays discounted FedEx rates. Rates are set by eBay/FedEx, not by GoodwillVSB.
Pickup Policy
Local Pickups are available by appointment only using eBay messaging. Local Pickup orders MUST be picked up within 14 days of the date paid. Any orders not picked up within that timeframe will be considered a donation back to Goodwill and will be resold. Refunds will not be given for these orders. Pickups are available Monday through Saturday from 8am to 3pm at Goodwill Outlet 1401 N. Rice Ave, Oxnard CA 93030 – Entrance on Maulhardt St.
Return Policy
If you are not pleased with your purchase, contact us via eBay messaging within 30 days of delivery of your item to arrange for its return and a refund. A restocking fee may be charged if your product is not returned in its original condition or is missing packing material, manuals, accessories or parts. Returns / Refunds will be denied if the item has been tampered with, modified or otherwise altered from the state it was in when shipped to the customer.
