Description

COC69100 Stereo first pressing from 1972 on UK Rolling Stones Records. Stampers A12/2/A9/A12. Matrix A2/B1/C1/D1. Etching "turntable symbol". Record weight - 140 grams. Cover is the original Shorewood Packaging box/thick-card version. Also included are the original two stiff card board sleeves [square corners]. Plus two white inner sleeves [one of which is original]. """THIS IS A DOUBLE LP""".
Vinyl (Ex+) Wow - These LP's have been looked after very carefully indeed. They are shiny like new and under close inspection there's hardly a single mark on any of the sides. A thorough testing of the records from beginning to end reveals an EXCELLENT+ level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are silent and the audio comes across with great clarity and not a hint of interference. I think I heard two light crackles through out the whole of four sides - that is unusual! In addition I will say that these are very decent pressings. A lot of 70's vinyl is quite poor quality as the cost of wax began to increase, but the manufacture quality on these seems, to me, to be of a high standard. The actual audio quality is fantastic - you can hear every last nuance....
Cover (Ex) Has survived the years well. There are no splits and it retains a nice rigid feel to it. There is only very minimal edgewear - nothing more.
Sleeves (Ex) Are both in excellent condition with no splits or ring wear. The only noticeable mark is just visible on the maroon sleeve - a small stain [visible in pic 2].
