Description
This is a nice copy of the USA release of WILD HORSES / SWAY, by THE ROLLING STONES, on RS-19101, on The Rolling Stones own record label, but large centre hole as issued.
This version of SWAY is a different mix to the normal LP version, with different lead and backing vocals, and is shorter at 3.25. This version was only released on this single, these details are confirmed by DIETER HOFFMAN, in his reference books on Stones` recordings, DAS WEISSBUCH and RECORDING INDEX.
Matrix numbers are :- RS 21846-2 5-24-71 AT/DK and RS 21845-1 5-24-71 AT/DK.
Record is playgraded as G / G +, plays fine, but has some light crackles and surface noise in places, but no other playing problems. The original company sleeve is G, with just some light creases, small stain spots and ring wear, with some writing inside.
