For sale: UHQR MFSL Supertramp "Crime of the Century" vinyl record MINT with original box and all documentation.
This is the last of my UHQR collection, my best ever acquisition as it has no scratches that I can see, or recall. I have not played this for 3 years, since I moved out of my house with underground studio. This album was played on a very high end turntable, needle, tube pre, Krell Class A main amps, and Wilson Audio Grand Slamm mark iii loudspeakers, in a studio quality listening room with acoustic control surfaces throughout.
The sound locked in this piece of remastering is incredible, and I am going to price it to make sure it goes to an owner that has that sort of system, otherwise it's a waste of an audio treasure. All better if you actually like Supertramp, which I do. This album was like audio cocaine every time I listened to it. Maybe I did like 20-30 plays of it over the years. You can't listen to albums like this over and over, as in my room you had to get up, go to the turntable in the front of the room, and reset the tone arm LOL, no remote controls, so it was typically only once in a while. I never had UHQR MFSL Pink Floyd DSOTM, which might be the only MFSL to beat this album's sound, imo.
I had UHQR MFSL Alan Parson iRobot album, and that was pretty cool. I had maybe 3 other Supertramp UHQRs, but they all came to me with some scratches in the album, and I sold those previously with full disclosure. This Supertramp was my favourite of all my UHQRs, and since I am pretty sure I'll never spend that much time again on a studio build, I should pass this on to the next audiophile.
Please only bid if you are a passionate audiophile, you have excelllent sound repro hardware, and you are looking for an exquisite recording of this Supertramp album.

NOTE: the outer box is somewhat beat up with age, and a piece of duct tape can be seen on the corner. Inside everything is pristine, such as the regular album cover, the certificate, etc.
