One of two variations from the early 70s Warner/ Reprise Records mail-order promotions offered on the inner sleeves of their mainstream artist's releases for Zappa-related releases on Bizarre and Straight Records entitled Zapped and Zappéd, both released with the same cat. number - PRO 368
The Zappéd cover is a collage of Zappa & Straight artists and has Reprise labels.
There is a slight track variation from the other release, which did not have the Straight singles.
Issues of this version later appeared in retail outlets, particularly in Australia.
