This is a US vinyl pressing on Westwood One  Show # 82-33 for air date August 16, 1982.      This is a double album in a single pocket cover.     It comes with a one page cue sheet.        The labels are black and white.

The band is : Edward Van Halen, Alex Van Halen, David Lee Roth, and Michael Anthony.     Below are bits of the interviews.     The songs are full length studio recordings.    

Side 1 : Mary Turner talks with Van Halen's : Alex Van Halen and David Lee Roth in the studio.   Song 1 : Everybody Wants Some.    Interviews :   How are Edward and Michael ?   "They are full of sh*t, but it's adorable sh*t".   "You can tell how Edward feels by the way he tunes his guitar".      Song 2 : Little Guitars.       Interviews : Is it true that you and your brother cruised the streets of San Marino to get paid for painting street numbers on curbs?        Song 3 : Mean Street.   Commercials : Levi's, US Navy, and Budweiser.

Side 2 : Interviews with 'Cathedral' in background : Are you going to plays short instrumentals live ?  "They are only short if you look at the record."      Song 1 : Dancing In The Street.   Interviews : Do you hang out together ?  "We can't stand one-another".   'Jamie's Crying'  is a hard rock cha-cha".     Song 2 : Jamie's Crying.    Interviews : What's on you passport where it says 'occupation' ?  "It says household word".   "Because I lost my passport".      Song 3 : Could This Be Magic.     Commercials : Budweiser & US Navy.

Side 3 : Interviews with 'Sinners Swing' in background : They are on the road again.  Their 5th world wide tour.  "This one will be special, because we don't care anymore".    Song 1 : Cradle Of Rock.  Interviews : "Our shows are not choregraphed".  "There is a lot of arguing behind the amps".    Song 2 : Somebody Get Me A Doctor.   Song 3 : Bottoms Up.  

Side 4 : Interviews with 'Intruder' in the background : "The backstage security team are "Assistants".   Inside the barricade ( between the band and the audience ) there are numbers 1 to 30 on the right and 1 to 30 on the left.  That way we can direct security to the girls we want backstage".   Song 1 : Pretty Woman.     Interviews : Have fans changed "  "They used to wear lingerie, now days you're luck to get a danskin".      Song 2 : Feel Your Love Tonite.    Interviews : Are you isolated on the road ?   "The stage is our home".    There are two radio spots at the end.  

Overall Condition is : Cover is M- /  Records are M- & M-

The cover is mint minus with no writing and no seam splits.         There is very light wear and small writing on the back cover.          The vinyl look near mint and they play near mint.     There are five light pops on record 1, side 1, during the spoken intro.       The labels are clean with no spindle marks.       The records come in plastic lined plain white inner sleeves.

I started collecting records in 1966.     I started selling records in Goldmine in 1985.      I now sell records at all Northwest record conventions : Portland, Seattle, Tacoma, Olympia, Eugene, Grants Pass, and Canby.       And at Crossroads Music in Portland, Oregon.     On Discogs I am 'Fragilerecords'.       My records are from a no smoking and no pets home.      I am a record collector, not a DJ, so I almost never play my records.

Packaging :

I take great care on every package and I do each one personally.     I will package this record between two pieces of hand cut cardboard.     Each piece is 1/2 inch thick, triple strength industrial cardboard.       Together they are very strong and unbendable.       I always remove the record from the cover and seal them in a clear plastic sleeve.     The package will be marked in red : "Fragile Record" on both sides. 

Postage :  Weight : 1 pound 14 ounces

You have to pay for the postage.     I pre-weigh every package, so that you pay the exact amount the post office charges.   There are NO handling charges.     This record will weigh 30 ounces when ready to ship.      US winners can choose between Media mail or Priority mail.      I will print postage through Paypal and you will get an automatic email with the tracking number.      Overseas winners will get shipping by First Class Mail International.    I will print postage through Paypal and you will get an automatic email with the customs/tracking number.      I will send your record as soon as you pay ( same day if before 2 PM and next day if after 2 PM : Monday thru Saturday).
