Sleeve: G+ (A laminated flipback cover, printed and made by Garrod & Lofthouse, Ltd., patented (943,895). Significant creasing throughout, there is evidence of rubbing/ringwear, and each corner is bumped and shows wear. Back has some light staining in places, and has been touched up in places. No seam splits. The opening shows handling wear, with no splits.  The spline is legible and shows wear.) Image of Lou Reed on the reverse sleeve is split horizontally.
Inner sleeve: Plain white paper inner, MADE IN GREAT BRITAIN. PATENT Nos. 1125555. Record will be shipped in a new poly inner.
