Description
Here is a favorite Christmas album from my collection offered up for sale: Bing Crosby's classic album "Merry Christmas" released in 1955, this is an original 1st pressing Decca DL 8128 (Mono). Features rigid 1950's style vinyl with "Long Play" labels, old images on back cover, still has printed baggie inner sleeve, hard to find this 63 year old pressing in this nice condition!
The record grades EX, is clean and glossy, has just a couple small light marks, nothing heavy, has been very well cared for! PLAY TESTED, plays very good from start to finish with minimal surface noise, a few light pops, no skip or jumps and a very enjoyable listen! The baggie inner sleeve has great printing, no splits, just a bit of age discoloration at opening.
The cover rates EX, is clean and bright with no ring wear, binder edge NM and readable, seams excellent, no splits, no tape, two corners have a light bend, no signatures or writing, no stains, beautiful, has been VERY well cared for! (see all photos)
Will be shipped in a .3 ml plastic sleeve in a record mailing box with tracking. Vinyl will be shipped in paper sleeve to prevent cover splits. This item will be double boxed for extra protection.
