Description

An original 1st issue on UK Decca from Autumn 1970. Matrix 1W/1W. Note - the album title is in bold font and these tend to be among the  1st copies to surface. REALLY nice chunky vinyl as found only on the early copies. The vinyl comes housed in a fully laminated cover [front and back] printed by BCL. We also have an original blue and white Decca inner sleeve from the period. 
Vinyl (Ex) In very nice condition and has only seen relatively light use. Under close inspection I could make out a couple of light marks per side, and one superficial trail - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an, at least, EXCELLENT level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are very nice and quiet and the audio comes across with superb clarity. 'Love In Vain' plays very clean much better than many copies. Almost perfect [seriously]. Stray Cat plays superb. Most copies are not this clean signalled throughout. A bit of a cracker - more than capable of fully revealing the Stones at the height of their powers.
Cover (Ex-) Very nice flat and shiny front and rear. Just one tiny scuff at the foot on the rear. Edge wear is minimal and the spine 98% intact with just a touch of wear at top end.
Inner (Vg+) Aged a bit in places and no splits. Bag present.
