Description

This is a super-rare LP by Austin, Texas psychedelic band THE CONQUEROO, entitled "From the Vulcan Gas Company." This was issued by 5 Hours Back Records in 1987 (where it quickly went out-of-print) and contains the entire 1967 -1968 recorded output by The Conqueroo. The record looks shiny mint and plays mint. The cover is crisp and mint with no seamsplits or ringwear whatsoever and a small pricetag on the front cover that appears to be removeable. The record also comes in a crisp paper inner-sleeve that tells the story of the band and also includes discography information. The group actually has a sound that would also not be out-of-place in San Francisco ca. 1967, sounding a bit like the original Quicksilver Messenger Service.
